One Day At A Time - Review
Lynda Walldez is a 21 year old photographer/blogger, and she has a very enjoyable blog. ‘One Day At a Time‘ is a personal blog in every sense of the word, her niche is herself. Its quite refreshing to come across a blog that is truly a blog. I think that for most people, including myself sometimes, blogging has solely become a means to make some money. But true blogging is when you share a piece of yourself and your inner wisdom and experiences with the world. And that’s what I feel like I’m getting when I visit this blog. One thing thats quite unique is her very own signature that she adds at the end of every post.
Lynda is still quite young, but I get the feeling that she has quite a lot of wisdom to share. Sometimes we learn the most from those that are most open and honest, because its one thing to learn from what someone says, but its even better to learn from what they do, and Lynda does not hesitate to share her experiences and lessons of life. She is openly a Christian which sits quite well with me since I’m also Christian.
One Day At a Time has a very lovely layout. If you’re a bit of a regular you’ll know that one of the things I cannot stand on a blog is excess clutter, and I trust you will tell me if my blog accumulates too much. Lynda’s blog is very colorful, and she has quite a bit of colorful, fun, and interesting widgets, but to be perfectly honest, this is the only blog I’ve come across where I actually like all the extras, somehow they add value to this blog instead of detracting. I think the reason for this is that even though there is a lot of stuff going on, she still manages to keep the blog looking so neat, she has everything nicely divided up, and its really just a pleasure to behold.
And to top it all off, one of the first things you see when you open her blog is a very cute photo of Lynda. That alone is worth the visit.
